Her background has prepared her to work with people from all walks of life. Her strengths are educating her buyers and diligently helping them to problem solve any questions that may come up in the home buying process. Arnie is passionate about listening to the needs of her clients and helping them find their dream home. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions that people make and she wants to help her clients make it a positive and exciting experience.
When Arnie isn’t working, she enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis, baking, gardening, and listening to live music or watching movies and spending time at home with her family.
With years of industry experience in marketing and a B.S. in Information Systems, Rommel is responsible for overseeing marketing for The Paul Boudier Team. He strives to provide the best marketing strategies to our clients. Rommel has a combination of high-skilled technical knowledge and marketing skills which make marketing properties a success. Rommel also works and maintains all vendor relations for the team. He uses his technical knowledge and creativity to ensure all properties receive the highest quality and most abundant marketing exposure possible.
Evangeline joined The Paul Boudier Team in 2012. Her primary job duty is to oversee all accounts payables and receivables. She also assists with the tracking of sales, closings and associated cost analysis reports. She plays a vital role in the reporting of all projects.
After hours, Evangeline likes to stay active, doing gardening and preparing taxes.
